You are an excellent position to help man/people. Once they realize how important, drinking enough water everyday is, they WILL live better, healthier life.

You can also tell your customers to go online and look up "diseases caused by dehydration"

It turns out that 80% of all diseases are caused by dehydration. It is very interesting study and once people find out how important adequate water is for the human body, they have the key to doing the most important thing they could ever possibly do to live healthier, happier lives. This could make such an unbelievable difference in their lives that they may end up, like me, telling all my friends, relatives and people I run in to about proper hydration.

What Water did for me.

Four years ago, I was a different person. I was a broken man. I couldnt walk. I was depressed. I was in terrible physical and mental pain.

Over a six month period, my lower back went from normal back to a throw away back.

My doctor gave me Motrin. My pwhysical therapist gave me exercises. My chiropractor gave me adjustments. Nothing worked.

I was so far down, if I looked up, the bottom was too far above me to see. I couldn't turn over in bed without severe pain. I couldn't sit without severe pain. I couldn't walk. Period.

Then miracle came. My daughter called me and begged me to see her chiropractor. I told her I had given up. Just the thought of travelling in the rear seat of our car for 45 minutes to give someone more that $85.00 to check out my back and say "Sorry, I can't help you." was not possible for me to bear at that time. She said, "Please, Dad. Call Dr.Ziggler and just talk to him."
"Dad, you always said you would do anything for me. Please do this for me."

I called him and he said come in tomorrow morning at 10:00am and bring your X-Rays with you.

The next morning, my wife drove me to his office. First he looked at my X-Rays and said "You have a partial collapse of number 5 lumbar and you have a pinched nerve." he then asked me how much water I drink. Right about then, if I could have walked, I would have walked out. I thought "This guy is a fruitcake." But I didn't have any choice but to lay there and listen to him. Anyway, I said I do not know. Maybe about 5 glasses a day.
Then he asked, "How big are these glasses?" I said "I don't know. What difference does that make?" He said "All the difference in the world."
You are severely dehydrated. He showed me a 16 ounce bottle of water and said, "I want you to drink 8 of these each day for the enxt 3 days then give me a call."
Since I had considered suicide earlier in the day, I decided to humor him. I was ready to try anything. He handed me the bottle and said, "This bottle of water will begin a whole new life for you. You are reborn.You must promise me that you will drink 8 of these each day for the next 3 days. If you don't drink 8, then all bets are off."

The first day, it was tough, but I drank 8 bottles.
The next morning I woke up and noticed that I was more relaxed than I had been n months. I just laid there for a while, not wanting to push my luck. I knew that as soon as I tried to roll to the left to get out of bed, there would be excruciating pain. I very very slowly started to roll to the left.

Here comes the pain. Wait! It hurts, but not as bad as yesterday morning. This is probably just a coincidence. Then I started slowly to sit up, expecting this temporary relenting of severe pain to go by the wayside. I sat up. Just moderate pain. I started crying. I couldn't believe it. I could live with this. Then make it or break it move. Try to stand up and walk. Instead of someone stabbing me in the back, it felt like someone was pushing into my back with a dull chisel. It hurt, but it didn't stop me in my tracks.

Two days later I was without pain. I have suffered no pain since.
I called Dr. Ziggler and told him, "If you ever need help of any kind, I don't care what time of the day or night it is, call me."

The least I can recommend drinking, and that is after you have drank one 9oz glass for every 10 lbs for 3 days, would be 8oz glass for every 20 lbs (so if you weighed 200 lbs, you would drink ten 8oz glasses of water each day.)

By the way, if you find yourself gagging when you try to drink too much, just switch to driking out of a bottle instead of a glass or try sipping the water through straw.

Never drink a large amount of water in a short period of time. That can affect your electrolytes and you could die.

One lady, last year, drank 5 gallons of water in one hour, trying to win $1,000.00 from a radio station that said they would give a thousand dollars to the person that could drink the most water in one hour. I'm sure they had no idea what that could do.

The numbers I have given you are well within the limits of the maximum amount of water that one should drink per day. Most doctors used to tell you to drink 8 glasses of water a day, but they never specified what size glass or the fact that you should stretch it out over the day. If you are concerned at all, you can call your doctor for some safe numbers.

Remember this: for every cup of coffee, can of pop, glass of juice you drink during the day, you must raise the consumption of water by 2 more 8oz glasses of water for each oz of other liquid consumed. Best thing is "Just Drink Water." It is the only liquid that was made, by The Creator, for us to drink.
